Contract & Production Welding

Our comprehensive contract and production welding services feature MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to meet the needs of a wide array of welding applications. We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and cast iron. Semi-automated and free hand welding on .012″ to 1″ thick and above, material allows us to weld angles, channels, rails, beams, weldments, and flats. TIG welding capabilities feature 350 A, #200 positioner, balance control, AC waveforms and frequency, and pulse capability. Our MIG welding features 350 A @ 34 VDC and a 60% duty cycle. With a 20,000 lb lifting capacity, our facility can handle large and heavy components such as heavy machinery, mezzanines, handrails, gates, weldments, beams, and tanks.
